Available to residents of Paxton city limits only or customers of Central Illinois Disposal, located on  N. Market Street, extended

HOURS:

Monday - closed

Tuesday - 8 am - noon

Wednesday - closed

Thursday - 8 am - noon

Friday - 1pm - 3 pm

Saturday - 10 am - noon

Accepting the following items:

Newspapers - no inserts; must not be wet

Phone books - must not be wet

Magazines - only slick, glossy magazines & catalogs; must not be wet

Corrugated cardboard (only like brown boxes that tear down) - flatten & tie together if possible; must not be wet

#1 & #2 plastic only - rinsed, no rings or caps; flatten if possible

Tin cans - rinsed; flatten if possible

Aluminum cans only - rinsed; flatten if possible; other aluminum - call and ask if acceptable

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Glass

Plastic bags

Oil containers

Strapping or packing

Thick paper items such as cereal boxes
